At First Star HomeCare LLC, we provide comprehensive, waiver-supported and non-medical homecare services designed to promote independence, community engagement, and overall well-being. All services are personalized to reflect each individual’s needs, routines, and goals while maintaining comfort, dignity, and choice.
We offer:
Participant Assistance Care (PAC): Hands-on personal support with daily activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene, medication reminders, meal preparation and feeding, as well as safe mobility and transfer assistance.
Residential Habilitation (All Levels): In-home daily living support that includes light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, supervision, and assistance with routines to help individuals live safely and independently at home.
Community Integration and Habilitation (CIH): Support that encourages active participation in the community through companionship, social engagement, shopping and errands, community outings, and skill-building in real-life settings.
Transportation (Waiver Service): Reliable non-emergency transportation to medical appointments, community programs, errands, and social activities to promote access and independence.
Respite Services: Short-term care and supervision provided to give family caregivers temporary relief while ensuring continued safety and quality support for the individual.
